My baby bundle of joys and tears.
You are, to date, my number one favorite character,
And I believe you're gonna stay on the top for a quite while.
Am bowing deeply to Mr Sanderson
Thanking him for his portrayal of you,
making your character more alive than ever in every chapter,
making me grow fond of you in every single page,
making everyone roots and cheers and cries along with you.
I may not have read many books,
But I constantly convince people to read Stormlight Archive.
If only for Kaladin's sake,
whose determination could dry the ocean,
whose hardship had shaken the gods.
Though you made me skip my meal,
Though you made me lost my sleeping hour,
Though you made me crazy,
Because I have no clue
to whom should I shower my overwhelming feelings I had towards you.
Always know that there's always big place in my heart,
reserved only for you, Kal.
Xoxo,
Consider me one of your Bridge Four's crew, since we've been through it together
I could go on and on why I love Stormlight Archive that it would turns out like a book review combined with diary. I have so much love for this book. The world building is superb, and the characters, GOSH, the characters! Brandon Sanderson knows really well how to make a character, no matter how typical the traits are, they all eventually grow on you. Each and everyone of them, even the side character has its own charm that cast a spell on you. Especially Kaladin Stormblessed, the one I fell so hard for.
Oh, and please, don't anyone dare to ever make movie out of this series. Because I heavily doubt of what a mere two hours screen time could do to convey the first book that contains 1007 words (almost as much as Hunger Game's trilogy combined). Moreover, the second installment of the series has even more words count. Just don't taint this already perfect book.
Stormlight Archive is simply a series that everyone needs to read at least once in their life, in order for them could die in content.
